New Zealand Climates

whereas

Even if Hamilton has the most rainfall, it still doesn't have the lowest temperature.

Alexandra has the lowest temperature in June and July -2 degrease, whereas Auckland has highest in June and July at 8 degrease.

Although Auckland is most northern city it still does not reach the highest temperature.

Week 7 Homework

Design your own memorisation method for mean, median, mode and range. You may present it as a video or a post.

Mode mean median range (AKA MMMR_)

The mode is the number that occurs occurs the most most again the mode is the number that occurs the most.

The mean is the average number you add up all the number and then divid it by the number of added and that gives you the mean.

Now the median you gotta line up all the number from the smallest to the big fid the middle number you got the median.

Range Find the smallest number and the biggest number minus the smallest number by the biggest you got your range.

Social Experiment

Social Experiment

This video is about a science experiment that is done socially.

I know this because social means you interact with people and have fun together.

Experiment means when you do a test or a theory and then you find your result.

I guess that this movie is a bout a experiment involving people who take a survey.

Aim: To find out weather people react to things that happen when people get a complement or insult anonymously. √

Hypothesis: My hypothesis is that when people get a insult they will be annoyed and disheartened and when they receive there complement they will be happy.

Equipment & Method
You need a set of speakers what can receive a message it says it.
A phone
Random people
compliments and insults

Step 1: place your speakers on the sidewalk.
Step 2: When people walk past say a compliment or a insult.
Step 3: Do this for half an hour and see reactions of people.

Results (make these up)
The results show that when people receive their insult they felt disheartened and annoyed. When people receive compliment they are happy and feel like they ar .

Conclusion
In conclusion people hang around if they receive a compliment but if people receive a insult they are more likely to leave.

Scam Letter

This letter is from some Nigerian scammers who try to steel your money by saying that you have won $1,000,000 please send $150 and you will receive your prize.

Thy will send emails to all people. Some actually fall for it and send them money.

This E-mail is about nothing the scammers are just trying to score some money from idiots who will send them money.

Two reasons why I know it was a scam:

I know that this is a scam because it is talking about scamming and just send $250 and you will get your money back.

The SPG is not grate.

3 pieces of evidence:

1. Right now I am the happiest woman on earth because I have finally received my US$1,300,000.

2. Pay $250 and get your money back that you have lost.

Science Behind Glowsticks

What I think now (before we start)
I think that the snap of a glow stick is a chemical reaction with the with the stuff inside of the plastic and the liquid.

What I think now (after hearing others’ ideas)
There is a shard of glass and it holds chemicals and when it snaps it makes a big click sound that makes a glow inside the stick.

What I think now (after seeing Miss C cut open the tube)
My prediction was wrong after getting information from other people I was right.

What I think now (after researching) I found out that when you crack a glow stick you you crack a glass and it makes a chemical reaction. Inside the glass tube is Hydrogen peroxide and in the plastic is dye and cyalume, the chemical reaction makes it glow.

Who created these?

Why did they create this?

How did they create this?

Synthesis is the progress at the start at the end of learning.
